The Moore-Lindsay House and Cleveland County Historical Society maintain an archival collection of more than 5000 items, including artifacts, paper archives, photographs, slides, recordings, books, and newspapers.
The archive is closed to the public, but items are on display throughout the museum, and the museum manager may pull items from the archive for viewing by researchers upon request. A significant portion of the archive is also available in digital format for online viewing (see the links below). Our digital collection is still expanding, and more items are digitized and uploaded as time allows.
Our small research library and our collection of University of Oklahoma and Norman Public Schools yearbooks can be viewed upon request any time during museum operating hours, but these items cannot be checked out or removed from the museum.
