We’re excited to welcome Jenna Ziegler, Norman’s own soap-making wizard and owner of Wild Bergamot, back to the Moore-Lindsay House this spring for two hands-on soap-making workshops!
Friday, March 6, 6–8 PM
Saturday, March 7, 2–4 PM
Choose the date that works best for you and learn the art of crafting your own custom handmade soap. Participants will select from a variety of essential oils, exfoliants, and decorative add-ins to create their own signature blend. After a 6-week curing period, you’ll take home five bars of your custom soap, perfect to use, share, or gift. This is NOT a melt-and-pour soap class using pre-made soap; students will create lye-based soap from scratch using a coconut oil base.
Ages 18+
Students will receive all the supplies needed to complete the class project, and safety equipment will be provided for use in the classroom.
Safety waiver required to participate. Students must wear long sleeves, long pants or skirts, and closed-toe shoes, no exceptions!
Space is limited; advance registration is required for all attendees. Due to space constraints, only registered participants may attend (no observers).
Attendance is limited to the first 8 registrants for each session.
Scholarship applications will be open December 27-January 3.
Registration will be open January 5-March 3.
