The Moore-Lindsay House is excited to be hosting the City of Norman's Wood Window Workshop this spring!

This 2-day workshop includes:
- Instruction on how to maintain and restore historic wood windows.
- Hands-on practice of repair skills like unsticking windows, cutting glass, putty glazing, epoxy paint removal, painting wood windows, weatherstripping, and hardware adjustments.
- Lessons on restoration safety, window maintenance, and window efficiency.
What to expect:
- Breakfast pastries and coffee, a light lunch, and bottled water will be provided on both days, at no extra cost.
- This workshop will take place outdoors to the greatest extent possible, and participants should wear weather-appropriate, work-safe clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- Participants must bring their own N95 mask, work gloves, and safety glasses.
- In the case of severe weather, the workshop may be rescheduled to June 1 & 2.
This workshop is partially funded through a CLG Grant from the State Historic Preservation Office and the National Park Service.
